Who handles your details

This reader enquiry page is coordinated by Gerald Chuah. It is separate from a medical consultation and does not provide medical care.

What we collect and why

We collect your name, email address, country, selected interest, referral source, campaign, consent version and submission time. These details help us respond to your enquiry and understand which reader campaign it came from. Referral parameters in the page address are saved when you submit; this page does not add advertising trackers.

Sharing and follow-up

With the consent given on the form, Gerald’s reader enquiry team may contact you and share these details with European Wellness to coordinate your requested follow-up. Swipe One processes the submitted details for enquiry management and follow-up. No newsletter subscription is included. We do not sell the submitted contact list. Gerald may receive a referral commission for a resulting paid service.

Storage and your choices

Details are stored in this site’s hosted database, with enquiry management restricted to Gerald’s signed-in owner account. You can request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of follow-up consent by emailing gchuah@gmail.com with your enquiry reference. Please do not include medical records in that email. Enquiries are intended to be retained only while follow-up and related administration require them; deletion requests are handled by the coordinator.
